Architectural visualization refers to the process of creating digital models of structures, buildings, and spaces using complex modeling methods and powerful rendering computers while documentation includes recording specific details and features like building stone shaping techniques, mortar application, doorways, and vents, among others, by creating detailed drawings or scaled digital photographs of each wall within a site. By doing so, we ensure that all legal requirements needed for projects are met and specifications are addressed accordingly.

Design

We provide architectural design service, led by a team of experts who provide the proper modeling to explore possible options based on the client’s requirements and budget. Everything is discussed with the client during the design process to get the needed input and approval.

Drafting and Shop Drawing

Drafting and shop drawing are also offered by our company. Drafting, commonly referred to as technical drawing, is the creation of accurate representations of objects, buildings, or houses for technical, architectural, or engineering purposes. In drafting, objects are drawn to scale, and usually comprise a top view, the main view, and a side view of the object or building. They are often used as blueprints for the construction or assembly of the object. Shop drawing, meanwhile, is a drawing or set of drawings produced by the contractor, supplier, manufacturer, subcontractor, consultants, or fabricator. Shop drawings are typically required for prefabricated components.

Permitting

As part of the design development, we attend to construction documents as required by the local municipalities in order to obtain building permits. They are also used to solicit bids from the various contractors that will be required to build the project. We assure our clients that our permitting process is done efficiently.
